    As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying leads, understanding customer needs, and presenting solutions that align with business goals. You will manage client relationships, pitch offerings, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth onboarding and follow-ups.

    This role demands communication skills, persuasion, and a strong understanding of customer pain points.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Identify potential leads and convert them into active clients.
    2. Communicate product/service value clearly to customers.
    3. Manage CRM, track sales progress, and maintain client records.
    4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    5. Build long-term relationships through after-sales support.
    6. Conduct product demos, pitches, and presentations.
    7. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine strategies.

    Qualifications
    1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
      1. 1–4 years of experience in sales or business development.
      2. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
      3. Ability to manage leads, pipelines, and multiple client accounts.
