As a Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business objectives and technical solutions. Your role is to understand organizational challenges, gather requirements, analyze data, and recommend actionable strategies that improve processes, efficiency, and business outcomes.

You will collaborate with teams across product, operations, finance, engineering, and management to ensure that every solution aligns with company goals and drives measurable results.
This role requires analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.

1. Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

2. Convert business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
   ‍
3. Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

4. Develop reports, dashboards, and business performance insights.
   ‍
5. Support product and engineering teams during implementation and testing phases.
   ‍
6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis when needed.
   ‍
7. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions with cross-functional teams.
   ‍
8. Monitor project progress and ensure solutions meet business goals and KPIs.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
   ‍
2. 1–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/operations role.
   ‍
3. Strong understanding of requirement gathering, documentation, and workflow mapping.
   ‍
4. Experience with analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL is a plus).
   ‍
5. Strong problem-solving, process-improvement, and communication abilities.
   ‍
6. Ability to work seamlessly with technical and non-technical teams.
