SEO Specialist
As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase organic search rankings, improve website performance, and attract high-quality traffic.
You will work closely with content teams, developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure that all digital assets follow SEO best practices and achieve measurable growth.
This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, and the ability to create data-driven optimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and identify ranking opportunities across website pages.
- Optimize website content, metadata, and on-page elements to improve search performance.
- Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to fix site issues.
- Build and manage link-building strategies and outreach campaigns.
- Track and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and copy.
- Monitor competitors and stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
- Prepare SEO reports, insights, and growth recommendations for leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related fields.
- 1–4 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or search optimization roles.
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress (Bonus).
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
