AI Solutions Consultant
As an AI Solutions Consultant, you will bridge the gap between business challenges and AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify automation and AI opportunities, and recommend intelligent systems that deliver measurable business impact.
You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to design, implement, and optimize AI solutions—from machine learning models and chatbots to analytics dashboards and automation workflows.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, technical understanding, client communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and identify areas where AI can add value.
- Analyze business operations, workflows, and data to propose AI-driven improvements.
- Design AI solution architectures including ML models, chatbots, automation tools, etc.
- Work with AI/ML engineering teams to implement and integrate solutions.
- Conduct product demos, workshops, and client presentations to explain AI capabilities.
- Evaluate project success through KPIs, analytics, and performance insights.
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, tools, and industry trends.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in simple, business-friendly language.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML, data analytics, automation consulting, or technical solutions roles.
- Strong understanding of AI models, LLMs, automation platforms, and cloud technologies.
- Ability to assess business problems and translate them into AI solution strategies.
- Comfortable working with data teams and technical engineers.
- Excellent communication, client engagement, and presentation skills.
