1. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2. 1–4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or Interaction Design.

3. Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, problem-solving, and polished UI work.
   ‍
4. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
