    Digital Marketing Specialist

    As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, email, and paid advertising.
    Your goal is to maximize brand reach, generate high-quality leads, and improve overall digital performance.

    You’ll work closely with design, content, sales, and product teams to build campaigns that deliver measurable results and align with business goals.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, SEM, and paid ads.
    2. Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other ad platforms for performance.
    3. Develop and track KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
    4. Create content ideas and coordinate with designers and writers for marketing assets.
    5. Manage social media presence and engage with audiences across platforms.
    6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
    7. Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards.
    8. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
    9. Improve conversion rates through A/B testing and funnel optimization.
    10. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm updates.

    Qualifications
    1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
    2. 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
    3. Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
    4. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content strategy.
    5. Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    6. Excellent communication and project management abilities.
